Synopsis

2 Player Soccer Squad stands out from other football management games by allowing two players to each take control of a club, making managerial decisions and competing in matches alternately. In addition to real player names, users can add their own names to the team roster. The game takes place in a fictional super league with 20 teams from English and Scottish clubs, along with a knockout cup competition. Players with a performance rating of 15 can be bought or sold, and the 19-player squad can be adjusted to select a starting eleven and two substitutes. Match results are displayed alongside goal scorers—though scorers update faster than scores. After each game, financial changes for the club are provided.
