Synopsis

"Decisive Battles of the American Civil War, Vol. 2" allows the player to relive five more critical battles of the American Civil War – including Gaines Mill, Stones River, Gettysburg, Chickamauga, and Chattanooga. Just like the first volume, this turn-based, hex-based wargame focuses on simulating the limited control, restricted communication, and "fog of war" of a 19th-century battlefield, providing a challenge for players commanding either Union or Confederate forces. In addition to single and two-player gameplay, an editor is available – allowing the creation of custom scenarios.
