Description
You have to build water resevoirs in uncharted territory.
A electrified starfish (yes really!) will try to stop you.
Make walls starting from the white border.
Press the button to move into the blank area. When you have enclosed an area it
will fill.
Points are scored for exceeding the target shown.
There are 16 levels of play. On levels 1,2,4,7,12 and 13 you have 3 lives.
