Synopsis

In "The Secret of St. Brides" the player takes on the role of Trixie Trinian, a determined young woman who wants to uncover the secret of St. Brides. Together with her friends Cynthia and Fiona, she is tasked with finding out why everyone at the boarding school thinks they are living in the 1920s and restoring normality. A side quest is to find an amulet that is independent of the main goal of the game. The traditional text adventure was created using Gilsoft's Quill software, with inputs typed in verb-noun format. The graphics are full-screen and the game was originally only sold by mail order, but received a distribution partnership after good reviews.
