Synopsis

“The Hermitage” is a text-based adventure set in the Middle Ages, an era ruled by superstition and religious doctrine. Playing as Ambrose the monk, the player is sent on a mission by the Archbishop to seek out and destroy an allegedly evil hermit. However, as the journey unfolds, Ambrose begins to question his mission and his faith. Internal struggles and external trials challenge him along the way, and moral decisions shape the fate of the monk. The story is thought-provoking, requiring careful choices to determine the outcome of the quest.
