Description

"Universal Monsters" was a planned action-adventure game for the Commodore Amiga, based on the classic Universal monster films of the 1930s and 1940s. The game was to bring together well-known characters such as Dracula, Frankenstein, the Mummy and the Wolf Man in an exciting adventure in which the player would stand up to the iconic monsters or possibly even take on their role. As a licensed game, "Universal Monsters" was to capture the atmosphere and horror of the famous horror films, with the mix of action and adventure elements promising varied gameplay. The player would have explored various locations, fought monsters and solved puzzles in order to thwart the monsters' sinister plans or unleash their powers.
